The room is available from the 12th October, the property is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room comes furnished.

Rent is due 12th of each month and it is £950 per month including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas), deposit is £950.

The room is very large and well lit.
Flat is a bit old but clean and tidy, ideal for professionals looking for a quiet place in Zone 1.

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6 minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) 9 minute and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) at 12 minutes.

You will share the flat with a music producer (of Italian origin and naturalised British) working mostly from home 10-6 during the week, and in music venues during the weekends.

I would like to share it only with clean and not noisy professionals, no party-house people please. The area is amazing and on average flatmates stay 2-3 years, short term can be arranged if needed. Single occupancy only, with a working schedule 9-5 or similar, no WFH. Down for a pint at the pub and occasional dinners, but respectful of privacy.

A little about me: I do smoke and drink, I'm into swimming-gym, music, psychology, science, literature, politics, movies, food, I'm 40 of Italo-Iranian origin with British citizenship. I have been in London for ten years and have lived in this flat for nine years. I work mostly from home as a music producer, and on the weekends I do live sound engineering in music venues across London.
