The room is available from 12th June ideally, but I'm flexible with dates. The property is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room comes furnished.

Rent is due on the 12th of each month, and it is £995 per month, including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas); the deposit is £995.

The room is very large and well lit. Ideal for professionals looking for a quiet place in Zone 1.

I would prefer to share the flat with clean and not noisy professionals; no party-house people, please. Considering that it is in zone 1, the area is calm. Single occupancy, no WFH, and no night shifts, please.
