Amazing location! Double bedroom in large house

I am sadly leaving my beautiful house share in Waterloo, but due to current situation I’m no longer required to work in London. The room is a cozy double that is at the back of the house with an shard Ensuite bathroom. Looking for a female, room available immediately £735 a month.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus an additional wardrobe upstairs for your own 'exclusive' use. The bathroom is a 'Jack and Jill' style shared with one other housemate Natasha.

This is a large house especially so being in zone 1! We have a huge kitchen and two living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the fourth floor). We also have two roof terraces with amazing views of London eye and the shard perfect for the fireworks on NYE! There is a courtyard at the back of the property if you need to store a bike.

The house is really easy going. There is so much space that you never feel on top of each other. Everyone enjoys being sociable and having dinner together sometimes as well as drinks. Generally, they have their own lives too.

The room price does not include bills. They are split between each of us and around £100 per month. The deposit is £700.
