OVERVIEW - Double room available in 3 bed house, sharing with two other female professionals. Virtual viewing only.

NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE - The rooms are in a bright and very spacious terraced house, located just a few minutes south of the Westminster bridge and near the Archbishop Park & Southbank. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor with plenty of storage (lots of attic space too). The house has been recently renovated and it has new appliances – large gas cooker, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, showers.

ROOM DETAILS - The double room is on the ground floor and furnished – double bed, wardrobe and possibility to buy a chest of drawers from me. The room has a large window overlooking the shared garden and is very bright. Wooden flooring with underfloor heating. The shared bathroom is modern and spacious. The rent is GBP 843.50 per month and the move-in date is flexible, after 4th June.

SHARED GARDEN & PARK NEXT DOOR - The house comes with a shared garden at the front and it has a private and gated access from the road. It also backs onto Archbishop’s Park which has an open air gym area, tennis courts and a football pitch.

GREAT LOCATION & TRANSPORT - 5 minutes walk from Lambeth North tube, 10 minutes from Waterloo tube and train and about 13 minutes walk from Westminster tube. Main buses to all London areas are stopping near our house. It’s also within cycling or walking distance of the City - approx. 40 mins walk to Bank and 25 mins walk to Blackfriars. There are 2 Santander Bike stations very close by and a gym, supermarkets and coffee shops less than 5 minutes walk away. Lots of other supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, etc. within less than 10 minutes walk (mainly on Lower Marsh, The Cut and Southbank).

RENT AND BILLS - Rent does NOT include bills (water, council tax, TV license, gas and electricity, bi-monthly cleaning) and these are split evenly between the tenants.

INDIVIDUALS ONLY - We’re looking for one person for each room rather than couples (sorry!) so that the shared spaces don't get too crowded.

OUR LANDLORD - We deal directly with the landlord rather than through an estate agent. The landlord will require the standard supporting documents and a security deposit.

HOUSE-MATES
Two professionals (American and Slovakian) both with busy work lives, so you can look forward to coming back to somewhere homely at the end of the day (and not a party house!). A balance of chats/glasses of wine, as well as doing our own thing. We're looking for someone who is clean, conscientious and friendly.
