Ensuite Room in Friendly Home Near Waterloo

Hey all - we are looking for a friendly single person or couple to move in to our room in central London. It is a 2 minute walk to Lambeth North tube and an 8 minute walk to Waterloo, so super close to the Southbank and the food markets on Lower Marsh.

The room is ensuite and has a double bed and plenty of storage space, and is available from now as we have already moved out. Our flatmates are doing viewings regularly so let me know if you're keen.

It's a great room - double bed and ensuite, a desk and lots of storage space in a big closet. The house has a big living room, separate kitchen with washer/dryer, back garden with BBQ and a front garden with patio seats. There is also a garage which is very useful for storage and a parking space in front of the house.

You would be sharing with two good friends of ours who are both professionals in their late 20s. They work in the charity and public sectors - both lovely people, very easy-going and excellent to live with.
