Final note: the bathroom and bedroom are spot on, but the kitchen is having a re-do in the first weekend of April. I’m happy to lower the rent from when you move in to 60% of the rent (which will be £630,) until I get the kitchen done over in the first week of next month. I’m happy to have this info writing of course too.
