2 double rooms in 4-bed house, SE1 Waterloo

Hello, we are 2 professionals (both 23, one male one female) looking for 2 housemates to join us! The house is 5 mins walk from Lambeth North, 8 from Waterloo. It has 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large lounge & kitchen and a big patio/garden area!

We're two friends from school, working in consulting & accounting. We both love socialising with friends on the weekend, going out, travelling & generally enjoy exploring London. We're both relaxed and outgoing and want sociable housemates who'd be willing to spend time together as a house, as well as being independent!

We expect bills to be: £40/month council tax, £60-80 for utilities.

Some of the photos from our viewing are a bit messy - this is from the past tenants, itll be cleaned when they move out :) We're not currently living in the house!

-We welcome students but we only want tenants who will pay council tax! (£40/month)
-There is a £50 agent fee to add a tenant to our contract.
-The small room has a double bed and decent storage but can't fit a desk. The desk for that person is in the living room (as the living room is pretty large).
