After 3 years living in this amazing house I will be leaving my room to a future lucky housemate 😊

- About the house: big house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Really nice and spacious living room (including a small guestroom with a double bed, useful for friends and family visits), nice little garden for BBQs, large kitchen, laundry room, bike storage 🚲

- About the room: Big room on the 3nd floor with two windows facing the street.
Cost is £715 per month excluding bills (add approx £200/month - including weekly cleaner and council tax).

- About the location: SE1, literally 2 min walk from Waterloo station (extremely well connected).
Area is lovely: bars, restaurants, all useful shops next door, and the river is just a short walk away (great for runners)

- About the flatmates: 1 Girl (Mauritian) 3 Boys (2 French and 1 British) – Main languages are English and French but having an international background is a plus.
All professionals in our mid-twenties to mid-thirties. We enjoy socialising with each other, but are also independent too – and are looking for someone who is similar.

- About you: You are looking for a long term stay (ie more than 6 months) and you know how to live (and behave) in a sharehouse. You are an easy going and openminded person who like going out BUT also respect your housemates work schedule.
