Large room by Waterloo/Lambeth North

I'm moving to a friend's place so leaving my double room in a house which is close to Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations in central London.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, a good office chair and a sofa and overlooking the garden. The house is 7 minutes walk from Waterloo station (4 tube lines as well as ordinary trains) and 4 minutes walk from Lambeth North station on the Bakerloo line. You can walk to Piccadilly/Covent Garden in 20 minutes.

It's a month to month rolling agreement, so there is no long minimum stay requirement, you can leave whenever it suits you, or stay long if you prefer.

There's a large kitchen with a large fridge and ditto freezer, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
