Hello! I am Hannah a live- in landlord and Host. I've been renting rooms in my flat for a few years and have hosted digital nomads, summer interns, holidaymakers, and academic visitors. I am friendly and social and enjoy welcoming people to London.

The apartment is in a central SE1 location, 3 minutes from Waterloo and Lambeth North stations. If you are working in central London you will be able to walk into work in 15 minutes - no need to pay for public transport.

I live in the flat, and the other flat-mate will be a female masters student studying law.

• The monthly rent includes all bills, and the cost of household essentials like toilet paper, bin bags and washing detergent. No surprise costs.
• No deposit - your payment to secure dates is the first month of rent. There is then nothing to pay until month 2.

• No parties.

• References will be required. I can also provide references if you would like to talk to people who have lived in the flat before.
• If we get to offer stage, I will need details of a guarantor and an emergency contact, although this person does not need to be UK based.
