Bright and spacious double bedroom available to rent in flat in Zone 1, Kennington/Waterloo.

We are looking for a friendly flatmate to replace our friend who is leaving in September! We will be renewing the lease for a year with a new flatmate in his place.

We are both in our twenties, sociable, and enjoy movie nights, walks, and trips to the local pub, but we are also happy to keep to ourselves in the flat if preferred.

We would love an LGBTQ+ friendly flatmate too 😊

The flat has three bedrooms, a large living/dining room, separate fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine) and bathroom, with original wooden floors. The flat - which has large windows and open views throughout - is situated on the second floor of a small block in a quiet location, with access to large shared gardens in the front.

It is 2 minutes walk from Lambeth North Underground, 8 minutes from both Waterloo station and Westminster. Santander Cycles are also available near the flat. The popular Lower Marsh and the Cut offer an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafés and are minutes away, as is the Imperial War Museum and the Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park which has tennis courts, and an outdoor gym.
