Hello there, beautiful people 💃🤩

I have a cosy double room 😍 available from February. If you need a place ASAP, feel free to reach out.

The flat is located in SE1 7BY, just five minutes from the London Eye, three minutes from Lambeth North tube station on the Bakerloo line, and around a 12 minute walk to Waterloo mainline train and tube station. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, and I often walk to Covent Garden or cycle around the area.

I am specifically looking for someone chilled, relaxed, and LGBTQI+ friendly. This is very important, the house is absolutely not a party house. I really see this home as a calm, peaceful space where we can fully recharge after busy days. If you are looking for a social or party-focused household, this sadly would not be the right fit. We truly value our home, our routines, and each other. Occasional guests are welcome, but regular visitors would not work well in this compact flat.

Viewings are already in progress, so let me know if you would like to come and see the place and check if you vibe with the home and the dog. I would really love to get a sense of your beautiful soul too.

The rent is £775 plus bills. Bills are usually around £150 per month, although this may vary depending on usage. There is a one-month deposit, and I kindly ask for one month’s notice if you decide to move on 🙏🏼

Please note that there is a house dog, a German Shepherd, so being a genuine animal lover is essential. I would love to find someone I can also call a friend who values a respectful, loving home and is happy to be around our furry companion.

The room has plenty of natural light and a lovely, cosy feel. We also have a private patio at the front of the house. Please be aware that there is no living room.

You would be living with me, he him, a 29-year-old dancer and university student from Italy, and Ewan, he him, a musician from Scotland.

Unfortunately, no other pets can be accommodated, as my dog is not pet-friendly, and no students, due to council tax requirements.
