Cosy double room in zone 1

Hello there, beautiful people! 💃🤩 I have a cozy double room 😍 available in my flat for single use only, starting at the end of November. If you need a place ASAP, don’t hesitate to reach out!

We’re located in SE1 7BY, five minutes from the London Eye, three minutes from Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo line), and a quick 12-minute walk to Waterloo main train and tube station. Everything you need is within walking distance, and I usually stroll to Covent Garden. I also enjoy cycling around the area.

Viewings are in progress, let me know if you want to come to see the place so you can see if you vibe with the place and with the dog—I'd love to get a sense of your beautiful souls!

The rent is £750 + bills, which should be around £100 a month but may vary based on usage. There’s a one-month deposit, and I ask for one month’s notice if you decide to leave 🙏🏼.

Please note that there’s a house dog (a big German Shepherd), so being an animal lover is essential! It would be great to find someone I can be friends with, creating a respectful and loving home while caring for our furry friend.

The room has plenty of natural light and a great, cosy feeling. We have a private patio in front of the house. Please be aware that there is no living room.

You’ll be living with me (he/him), a 29-year-old dancer and university student from Italy, and Ewan (he/him), a musician from Scotland.

I’m looking for someone chilled, relaxed, and LGBTQI+ friendly. I envision this house as a peaceful place where we can recharge after busy days, so if you're seeking a party house, this might not be the place for you. We value our home and each other, and while occasional guests are welcome, regular visitors may not work in this compact flat.

Sorry, but no other pets are allowed, as my dog isn’t pet-friendly, and there are no students due to council tax requirements.
