Double room up to 6 weeks - Waterloo/Lambeth North

Hi! I'm taking advantage of changing jobs and heading out of town for 6 weeks from 5 January and sub-letting my room. The flat is in a great location in Lambeth North next to Waterloo and you'll be staying with my two lovely housemates - both gay guys in their mid-20s.

Ideally you'd take the room for all 6, but I'd be willing to sublet for 4.

Rent + bills: 875pcm including bills.

Tenancy: Sublet, available between 5 January 2025 and 16 February 2025.

Access info: The flat is on the ground floor. There is one step for accessing the flat from the street.

Description: The room is a double and is furnished. I'll be leaving some of my stuff in the storage in the room, but will make space for your clothing etc! There is a shared living room, two bathrooms and a garden (not the most use in January). Transport links are great and Imperial War Museum park is next door. There is a sainsbury, tesco, co-op and iceland within a 5 min walk.
