2 Double Rooms in Waterloo!

Hi All. We have 2 double rooms available in a central London apartment.

The flat is super central, 3 min walk to Waterloo station that has Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines running through. 2 minute walk to Lower Marsh which has cute cafes, restaurants and bars, along with necessities like a Boots chemist, GP and dentist. 1 minute walk to nearest Tesco, 2 minute walk to Iceland, 3 minute walk to nearest Sainsbury’s. Quite literally everything you need is within a 5 min walk. 10 minute walk to Jubilee Gardens/London Eye and the Southbank.

The rooms will be available from 12 August, but 1 room can be earlier if needed. The vetting/application process can take up to two weeks and the landlords will require evidence of employment, so the sooner you apply the better! The current lease is in place until 11 May, 2026 with the opportunity to extend.

Hi, I'm Lauren a 30year gal from Australia. Unfortunately my flatmates are moving out as one is heading back to Aus herself and the other is moving in with friends. Im looking for two chill people to come join me! I work normal hours 9-5 out of the house. However, there is only one desk space in the house so if you work from home please let me know as this would need to be discussed in case the other person also needed space. I am always up for chat but tend to be quite chill. We've loved a good movie night with wine and snacks in our living room and i hope to keep that tradition up with the new flatmates :)
