Hello I am Chris, an artist from London. My housemate is sadly moving away so I have a spare room available in a 2 bedroom apartment, slap bang in the middle of Central London. You will be staying on a nice estate, which overlooks Big Ben and the London Eye. A stones throw from Lambeth walk, Waterloo station, Kennington and the Imperial War Museum. The location couldn't be more central and it's a quiet flat sharing with me, a friendly easy going, creative housemate. I am looking for someone who is in full time employment, quiet (no couples sorry) who wont be using the flat as a party space, rather a young professional who wants to find a calm place to call home. It's a very safe, green area and I am looking for someone who has their own life but doesn't mind been social time to time. Calm, not uptight and with positive good vibes.
