Room in a lovely flat in SE1 (by Waterloo station)

I am sadly moving out of my amazing flat in SE1 so am looking for a new female flatmate to rent my room starting 28 October 2026.

You would be sharing the flat with two lovely women in their mid to late 20s who are working professionals in London. The flat is in a building with a concierge in a very safe area in SE1 - it is an 8 min walk from Waterloo station and 1 minute walk from Lambeth North station, with lots of bus routes available nearby. It is walking distance to several small and large supermarkets.

The flat itself has unbeatable views of London, including the Shard and some amazing sunsets and is a 10 minute walk from the London Eye. It is modern and clean, and the kitchen and living room are fully furnished. The bedroom is almost entirely furnished, with the bed, mirror, desk, storage cabinet, and wardrobe included. Happy to sell my shoe rack, desk chair, storage ottomon, fan, and wardrobe storage unit as well. You would share a bathroom with one of the other female flatmates. The building also has a nice garden available to all residents. The flat also has aircon, which is unheard of in London!

The room is £990/month plus bills, which come out to about £170/month depending on the season. You would be taking over my room on a shared tenancy agreement. The flat is managed by a letting agency so you would need to undergo their referencing checks in order to be added to the rental agreement.

We are looking for a woman in her mid 20s to early 30s to move in. Both flatmates have hybrid work schedules between WFH and in the office. The flat has a relaxed and friendly vibe and we like to keep it clean and tidy, so we're looking for someone who is clean and responsible who will fit well into that dynamic.

I have lived in this flat for 2 years now and I love it so much - I'm so sad to be moving out as it's a real steal for the price, location, and building!
