Hi
I live in a lovely central 3 bed flat but one of the girls is moving back to Welsh Wales so sadly leaves us 29th March.
The flat is opposite lambeth north tube station and 5 mins walk to Waterloo.
It's a non-smoking flat with a roof terrace (pretty amazing view of London sky line).
We have a shared lounge that's pretty big, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, sky tv and broadband.
The room is £750 plus roughly no more than £85 a month in bills (inc sky tv, phone and broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity, tv licence).
I work in finance and my other flat mate is my brother and he works in brand research. We are both easy going, friendly, sociable and tidy young professionals.
The deposit is roughly 6 wks rent and will be held in a protection scheme. The contract will run from 30th March. The letting agent is happy to add in a break clause etc but we are hoping to stay here at least a year. You will also have to pay admin fees to the agency for credit/referencing checks.
