I am leaving my room and looking for a new person to take over.

The flat is in a very central location, walking distance to Notting Hill (about 15') and 2' from Hyde Park. Very good access to transport as Lancaster Gate station Central line is just around the corner (Central Line) and Paddington station is just 5' on foot ( Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and of course train lines taking you out of London). It is also a very good location for Heathrow transport as Heathrow express takes you to the airport in just 15' from Paddington.

The flat is fully equipped with anything you may need (plates, pots & pans, etc), including a dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a very big living room, with a dining table and sitting area and lots of sun coming in from the huge window. It is an ample and beautiful flat with mouldings on the ceiling and a picture rail.
