Hi everyone,

I am leaving my bedroom in a lovely 3 bedrooms appartement situated at Hyde Park Estate (between Marylebone and Paddington)
—> Sussex Gardens (next to Lancaster Gate)

The bedroom has plenty of storage space with a huge wardrobe.

The bathroom will be shared with Nastassia.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with 2 girls (24 & 29years old) working in media and finance. They like sharing beers and gin tonic sometimes but like also quietness and to respect each other personal space.

Available early November 2024
1374 month + bills (approximately ~80£/month on average w/ electricity, gaz, water, council tax)

The apartment is one street from Hyde Park which allowed you to go by walk to Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair, Kensington and Knightsbridge very easily (30 minutes walk).

5 minutes walk from Lancaster gate station and Paddington station.
25 minutes from the city with the central line.
25 minutes from Canary Wharf with the Elizabeth line.
Other lines from paddington station: Bakerloo line, Circle or Hammersmith and district line.

If you like traveling:
20 minutes from Heathrow airport with Heathrow express (departs from paddington station)
30 minutes from Saint Pancras with central line.
