Sublet Lancaster Gate/Paddington

Looking for someone who would be interested to sublet a room for a few weeks:

Room is available from:

- 26th of April to 11th of May
- May 16th to 1st of June
- 19th of June to 18th of July.

I have some flexibility in starting and end date.

It’s located just minutes from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, and only a 2-minute walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park – the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. Large balcony with chairs to enjoy to the sun.

Apartment is on one of the top floors, filled with natural light and plants, creating a warm, inviting space. The available room is spacious and fully furnished, with a standing desk and monitor, plenty of storage space, and room to stretch out or work out. The apartment has big windows overlooking a tree-lined street, and there’s also a beautiful terrace.

You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with my flatmate, who is a good friend of mine. He’s Spanish, speaks Italian and English fluently, and works in finance (so he is out of the flat during the day from 7am to 7pm). He’s incredibly welcoming, tidy, and easy-going – someone I've been friends with for years.

We’re looking for someone who's polite, tidy, and enjoys a friendly atmosphere. We’re open to someone who is respectful of the space and enjoys either a bit of socializing or prefers their privacy – whatever works best for you.

All utilities included: WiFi, water, gas, electricity.
