my friend is moving out of the UK so I'm looking for a new flatmate from September.
The flat is just by Hyde Park in Lancaster Gate, with Central line at a 3min walk and Elizabeth line 10min away.
It's a double bedroom with own modern bathroom, in a two bedrooms flat in the Mews. There is a living room, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all the rest. We also have a second floor/office, to which you'd have exclusive use for storage or to work from home.
I am a 28 years old italian professional working with an investment company. I'm tidy and clean, easy to hang out with, like hanging out at pubs/restaurants or playing some sport.
Bills, internet, council tax are around £218 a month.
