Double room and own bathroom in excellent location

Hi there,
After 5 years in the flat, my friend is moving out of the UK so I am looking for a new flatmate from September.

It's a double bedroom with own modern bathroom, in a two bedrooms flat with living room, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and also a wonderful second floor with storage space and desks to work from home.

The location, just outside of Hyde Park, is perfect with Central line at a 3min and Paddington station at a less than 10min walk.

I am a 27 years old italian professional working with an investment company. I'm tidy and clean, easy to hang out with, love hanging out at pubs/restaurants or playing some sport.

Bills, council tax, internet etc included in the price.
