Right on Hyde Park - 2 bed flat share

Hi there, I've just moved into a stunning 2 bedroom flat and have 1 room for rent (minimum 6 months).

The flat is conveniently located- has 2 very good tube options within 5 minutes (Paddington Station + Lancaster Gate Station)- and is less than 30 metres from Hyde Park!

The flat is on level 1 of the building, and there is a lift.

Probably the biggest drawcard of the flat is the private garden it overlooks. You can see it from kitchen, living room and balcony. It makes the area super quiet and unique for a Central London flat.

The Room (pictured): Measures 3.1m x 2.4m and is currently furnished with only a wardrobe (plant will be removed). If you don't have a bed, I can provide a double bed. Room is compact, but can fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Furnishing: Aside from the bedroom, the flat is completely furnished (some things still on their way eg TV).

About me: I'm from Australia, have lived in London 5 years. I'm new to this flat, but have lived in this building complex for 3 years - it's got a great community vibe.

I work outside London in consumer health sales. I'm quite social- and on weekends don't spend a huge amount of time at home. I like road cycling and going to spin classes as well. Not a massive cook but enjoy dinners with friends and enjoy the occasional housemate dinner.

I'm looking for a room mate who has shared before, is tidy and easy going.

Unfortunately working from home probably won’t work in flat as the room isn’t big enough for a desk on top of a double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers- and the living area is high stools/benchtops only.

Availability and References: The room is available immediately - but I'm happy to wait a bit for the right flat mate.
