Hey there!
We’re two PhD students currently living in a cozy and relaxed flat, and we’re looking for a third flatmate to join us. Ideally, we’d love another student to keep the vibe similar, but we’re open to like-minded individuals.
About the flat:
• Location: Lancaster Gate
• Rent: 1180 (pcm) + plus council tax of 70 (pcm) pounds starting on April 1 2025 if you are a working professional
• Move-in date: September 19
• The room: Spacious, well-lit, and fully furnished, En-Suite washroom
• Shared spaces: Large living room and kitchen. Great for socializing but also a quiet spot for study time.
• Amenities: Wi-Fi, laundry, Close to 3 tube stations, 2 minutes from Hyde park
• Bills: water, electricity, gas, wifi (`~ 100 pcm)
About us:
We're both friendly, tidy, and respectful, balancing our research with a mix of downtime and study. We value a peaceful atmosphere but are always up for a chat or the occasional dinner together.
