* Flatmates: You’ll be living with two lovely flatmates, both women (26 and 29) working in media and finance. They enjoy the occasional beer or gin and tonic together but also value a peaceful atmosphere and personal space.

* Available: End of December 2024 / Early January 2025
* Rent: £1,374/month, plus bills (approximately £80/month covering electricity, gas, water, and council tax).

The flat is just a street away from Hyde Park, making it easy to walk to vibrant neighborhoods like Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair, Kensington, and Knightsbridge in about 30 minutes.

Transport:
* 5 minutes to Lancaster Gate Station and Paddington Station
* 25 minutes to the City on the Central Line
* 25 minutes to Canary Wharf on the Elizabeth Line
