We are two guys looking to find a new flat mate to take on the third bedroom of our apartment.

We are based in Lancaster Gate, across from Hyde Park, Italian Gardens.

About us
- 27, lived in UK 5 years from Poland, student and works part time. Loves gaming
- 45, in UK for 5 years, From Australia and works full time in a professional environment. Loves travelling and away many weekends per month.

The Room and apartment
- Double bed in room, with large window overlooking the private garden.
- Shared large living room with cable TV / Netflix/ Prime etc
- High speed Wi-fi 500mpbs
- One shared Bathroom and toilet (separate to each other)
- Separate full kitchen
- 2 min walk to Lancaster Gate under ground (central line)
- 5 min walk to Paddington Station
- 1 min to Hyde park (Italian Gardens entry)
- In a secure gated estate and coded security access
- Use of cark park space if needed (on site)
- Access to study/work desk if needed
- All bills included in rental price excluding food/drinks

Price is set and is non negotiable as this includes rent and all bills and no negotiation is possible (unless you can get the utilities companies to lower their prices :) hahaha)

Start date is 2 August (Sunday)
Interviews and viewings will take place from Wednesday 16th July.
