Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease in Paddington.

The room and common spaces are both very spacious and furnished. The flat itself couldn’t be more convenient - 2 minutes from central line and 7 minutes from Paddington station with plenty of connections.

The room is in a flat for 2 tenants (2nd spot available around same time if you’re interested in taking over the whole flat)!

You’ll have plenty of space since the flat comes with third bedroom available as a guest room or office. There’s also bike storage in the basement, elevator in building, a big balcony with access from living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with shower one without).

My flatmate and I are moving out because our school program is ending, otherwise the place is incredibly spacious, safe, and convenient.
