Lovely paddington flat right near Hyde park

My flatmate and I are moving out of our amazing 2BR, 1 guest room flat right off Hyde park - complete with massive living room, spacious kitchen with gas hobs, and a large balcony that is lovely all year round. Amazing transport links to central line and right near paddington station (Elizabeth, Hammersmith, city, circle, bakerloo) while living in a peaceful area

The flat:
- My room comes furnished with a desk, double bed, and standing wardrobe with three doors and a drawer.
- Other bedroom: larger than mine, comes with huge double chest of drawers, clothing rack, queen bed, and large desk.
- Guest room: comes with double bed, closet, and two side tables. (You can possibly ask for these things to be removed if you’d like to make this room an office or something!)
-4th floor, with a lift

Move in:
Flexible - sometime in September. Please let me know in your response when you’d like to move in!

We’re ideally looking for two people to take over the whole flat, but open to individuals as well!!

3 minute walk to Hyde park
4 min walk to central line
7 min walk to Paddington station (boots, sainsburys, etc)
3 min walk to Nisa local market
long walk or short bike to edgeware (amazing strip of restaurants)
Close to various pubs/restaurants
