Double room available next to Hyde Park.

Double bedroom available within a 3 min walk from Lancaster Gate station. It's a spacious room and comes with your own bathroom (shower + toilet, not en suite). The apartment has a modern finish and Hyde Park is a 2 min walk from the apartment. We don't have a floor plan but the room is furnished (bed + wardrobe) and could also fit an extra desk and drawer.

We are a couple; two professionals working in tech and recruitment. This means that during the week we will be working and there are the occasional days where we have to work long hours. Besides that we like to have dinner together or go out for a drink occasionaly. We are looking for someone that shares the same lifestyle.

The moving date is the 13th of August and the rent is 810 pcm, excluding bills that we expect to be around 100 pcm.
