Available from 1st September, or thereabouts - this is a large, bright and fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobes; work desk; and sole use of a separate shower room. There's a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, and fridge. There's a freezer and washing machine in a separate utility area. The reception room is a very good size with classic high ceilings, two sofas and a dining table and chairs. I'm looking for a responsible, solvent flatmate. All utilities and amenities which includes high speed wi-fi, Sky Plus Satellite TV, weekly cleaner for communal areas plus the separate shower room amount to an additional £200, making a total spend of £1300 per month.
