There's a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, and fridge. There's a freezer and washing machine in a separate utility area. The reception room is a very good size with classic high ceilings, two sofas and a dining table and chairs. I'm looking for a responsible, solvent flatmate. The rent includes all utilities, Council Tax, high speed wi-fi, Sky Plus Satellite TV, weekly cleaner for communal areas and the separate shower room.
