It features a large traditional victorian window which captures plenty of natural light and looks out onto a small green area, paralleling the branches of some lovely London Plane trees.

There is a medium-smallish sized kitchen and a large bathroom available for shared use. The hall acts as a communal and dining area. The rent is inclusive of all utilities and broadband.

There are a few considerations for potential tenants, alcohol is not allowed in the residence, and the current renter requests that other tenants avoiding keeping or cooking pork in the communal kitchen, the renter also has two cats (that are kept in his own room) so new potential tenants would have to be pet friendly.

Rent is inclusive of all bills except a contribution to a bi-weekly cleaning service.
