A large, bright, furnished double room will be available from 1st October in our friendly 4-bed house, just a minute’s walk from Latimer Road Station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines).

Furnished with double bed, desk, two chests of drawers, and a hanging rack

One chair is mine, but happy to sell it cheaply if you’d like to keep it

Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three friendly housemates (two 26 and 30 year old women, one 31 year old man). Everyone is relaxed, clean, and respectful. We get along very well and often spend time together, especially on weekends.
We’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and sociable who would fit well with the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Cleaner: £10 each per week (not included in rent)
