New Flatmate wanted :)

I live here with my housemate and have for the last 2 years, but he is sadly leaving so i'm hoping to find someone new for an equally relaxed and comfortable living situation. Your room has its own bathroom/toilet but it isn't en-suite (just across the corridor).

There is easy access to a very large garden space and the flat stays nice and cool during heat waves, but we are also very well insulated and heating is reliable in the winter.

We also have a little Burmese cat named Tupi who is very friendly and enjoys snuggling up on people.

I work as a physiotherapist and am a generally good person who gets along with most people but good chemistry is essential for me! So i look forward to meeting you and getting to know you a bit :)

There's plenty of room to WFH :)
