Double bedroom, £1,200 pcm, bills included

Hi, I have a double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat that I rent. I’ve lived here since 2021 and love the flat! The flat was refurbished throughout in 2021 and is very modern. It’s a 20-minute walk to Clapham Common, and a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction.

The bedroom is partly furnished. It has a bed only (with a mattress) as the former tenant wanted to furnish the rest of the room to their liking. This does unfortunately mean that you’d have to buy a wardrobe and desk yourself. There’s lots of storage space throughout the flat so suitcases or larger items wouldn’t take up space in your room. There is also a kitchen/living room, and a nice large terrace which is accessed from both bedrooms. The flat has an in unit washer and dryer, one bathroom (modern, and I keep it very clean!), and a spacious kitchen/living room.

As for me, I’m a 27 year old professional. I’m tidy and friendly. In my free time, I like cooking, drinking coffee and going out for meals. I work from home 1-2 days a week but work from the office on the other days. I work a quite demanding job, which at times means long hours, and therefore I’m looking for a calm, tidy, and considerate flatmate. I’m happy to hang out over a glass of wine or a meal but I’m also respectful of others space!
