We are looking for an individual or couple to take over our lease for our lovely 1 bed flat on Lavender Hill from late August/early September (move in flexible). The flat is in a great location, with a 10-15 minute walk from Clapham Junction, 5-10 minute walk from Clapham Common and 20 minute walk from Battersea Park. The flat is rented with Marsh & Parsons, so referencing (landlord and income) is a must.

Flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, immersion heat (including Economy 7). Bins are included and all other bills (electricity, council tax, water and WiFi - no gas bill) comes to under £200 per month usually. Deposit is £2125 (5 weeks rent). Council Tax band C. EPC Rating D
