Sublet until end of August - room in houseshare

I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a house share in Lavender Hill, Battersea, conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station. I am flexible on start dates but looking to get someone in as soon as possible. This could be an ideal set-up for someone between tenancies or ago is moving to London and wants a base while they look for somewhere more permanent:

The house is close to lots of pubs, shops and restaurants on Northcote Road (including a big Asda and Lidl a five minute walk away) and two parks (Clapham Common and Battersea Park.) It also has a really lovely garden and a living room.

You’d be sharing with two women in their late twenties— Polly, who is a secondary teacher, and Steph, who works in heritage and conservation. Both have their own busy lives but are very friendly and easy to live with.

Rent is £800 pcm and bills usually are around £80 a month.
