Lavender Hill Room Available

Looking for someone to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate. Great flat in very good location just off Lavender Hill, 7 mins walk from Clapham Junction - loads of coffee spots nearby and short walk from the Common and North Cote road.

Flat itself has got everything a young professional would need - the view from the living room overlooking Battersea being the best feature. The rooms are near identical in size and are conveniently at other ends of the hallway which provides good privacy and allows for 2 working from home spots (we currently both wfh a couple times a week). Bathroom is separate from the toilet, both are of a decent size. Personally don't have any negatives about the flat which is why I don't want to move out yet!

I'm a banker in the city and work quite long hours during the week, as well as having my girlfriend, friends, and family all nearby, which means I'd usually spend more time away from the flat than in it. I'm outgoing, social, into sports and cooking and graduated from Leeds uni last summer.

Eager to find a guy or girl who's chill, tidy and easy to live with all round, and can move in mid septmeber for a 12 month tenancy. Don't have great pictures of it yet unfortunately but can send over the full video tour over a message.
