- The room has a large window with plenty of natural light. The landlord has recently given it a fresh lick of paint (pics of attached).
About the House:
- Location: Ideally located just a short walk from Clapham Junction. We're also not too far from Clapham Common tube station. Easy access to local shops (Asda superstore), cafes, and restaurants.
- Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, and a roof terrace.
About Us: We’re a friendly and easy-going group of professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We enjoy socialising (movie nights, shared dinner, some parties) but also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and ready to fit in with our house vibe.
We are ideally looking for a male to keep the gender balance, however, open to anyone who thinks they are suitable.
Rent: £939 pcm, plus bills (usually around £90 - 110 per month).
