SW11 0.5 miles to Clapham Junction.
My partner and I are viewing this property tomorrow and almost 100% sure well put in the offer however we will need someone to fill the upstairs room to make it financially viable for us. It seems that the landlord would be ok with 1x couple and 1x single. Likely £1300-1400 for the room PCM.
We want to move on it ASAP and will need to be good to go for reference checks etc.

I'm Anna, an Aussie who's been in London just over two years and I am looking to move in with British boyfriend. We've been together for 2 years. We're looking for a place around Clapham junction/Battersea as it's ideal for commuting and it's a good vibe.
We’re chill and eager to live with others and expand our friendship circles. We can make great wingmen if required ;) My current flatemates are great to come home to at the end of the day and I want that in my next home.
I'd say we're both normal late 20s/early 30s people living in London. Like being active, travelling, exploring London and rarely say no to a pint on the weekend.

Alex (soon to be 29) is sporty, thinks he's funny and very laid back. Works in freight logistics and grew up in Kingston (SW). He works in the office only with option to WFH if absolutely necessary.
I'm soon to be 30yo physio working in occupational health (at Gatwick airport mostly), 1-2 days a week from home or on projects around the country. I hate giving the spiel but just a classic Aussie sheila who's here to travel and to keep experiencing the big city. I'm house proud so clean and tidy and will keep Alex in line haha!
