Small double room in Lavender Hill

We are looking for someone to join us from Jan 7th in this house we have just secured. There’s two full bathrooms, two garden areas and a shared living space. We will also be moving in fresh on this day so this place is a blank slate, so looking for someone to help us personalise the place. The room will have a small double bed and a low shelf, but as it’s small you will have the full use of the two cupboards upstairs as your own personal storage.
Year long tenancy so have to be happy to sign on, deposit is £962 and will be needed by Jan 3rd. As we aren’t in the property yet (just signed the tenancy agreement) securing a viewing might be tricky but happy to have a coffee/drink to chat about everything!
You’ll be living with myself and Euan, I work at The New York Times and he works at Warner Bros. Both clean, chilled out and enjoy time alone as well as socialising downstairs and cooking together while watching Netflix. Happy to go out and find new pubs in the area and host summer BBQs in the garden.
