Spare Room in Lavender Hill, Battersea

I am moving out of London and am looking for a suitable tenant to replace me in our lovely 5 bedroom house in Lavender Hill, Battersea.

Council tax band D.

The house has a large shared living space, dishwasher, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, and a generous garden and verandah with a beautiful large palm tree. It is conveniently situated a mere 5 minute walk from Battersea’s Queenstown Road, and is approximately 20 minutes walk to Clapham Junction. The house is adjacent to the pretty Shaftesbury Estate, and within walking/cycling distance to two large green spaces - Clapham Common, and Battersea Park.

The housemates are young professionals working full-time in London, between the ages of 24-25 (1 male, 3 female). They are lovely and fun people, with shared interests in sports and travel, and enjoy the occasional evening in cooking and watching films/tv.

We are looking for someone of a similar age, in full-time employment, preferably female, and who is able to provide references from their prior living situation.
