Cosy Girly/Gay Double Room in Clapham Common!

We are two girlies looking for a bubbly and chill girly or gay to move into the 3rd double bedroom of our split-level apartment just off Lavender Hill, down the road from Clapham Common.

We love wine, going for walks, having a boogie, cooking, the gym and a good ol' London pub!

Liv is 29 and sells luxury new-homes across London, and Cara is 22 and about to start a new PR role in Central.

Looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home and is tidy, is friendly and social, but also respects personal space and down-time <3

The room - £850 pcm + £120 bills per month:
Includes a bed, side table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers

You would also only be sharing a bathroom with Cara as I have a bathroom upstairs! Then we would all use the living room and kitchen.

Bills include: Electricity, WIFI, Council Tax (Wandsworth - A. K. A cheapest in London cammonnnnn), Water and TV license.

The location itself is basically half way between Clapham Junction station and Clapham Common tube, with gazillions of buses surrounding, so it's super easy to get everywhere. Plus, it's about a 25 minute walk from Battersea Park and the Power Station!

The room is available from 25th January 2026 (next Sunday) so your move-in date would be fixed to that date, with a rolling contract.
