2 Floor , 3 Bed Flat located on Lavender Hill. Both rooms advertised are en-suite.

Spacious open plan sitting room with plenty of space to WFH in each bedroom.

- 10 Minute Walk to Battersea Park and 5 Minute Walk to Clapham Common

- 8 Minute Walk to Clapham Junction station , 20 Minute walk to Clapham Common Tube

- Within walking distance of lots of great pubs (5 min walk to Northcote Road), supermarkets (Asda, Lidl, M&S, Waitrose) and cafes (too many to name but highly recommend Spread!)

About Us:

Jordan (26), from Ireland and work in London Bridge in Tech Sales. I’ve been in London for 3 years and in flat shares for that time.

Outside of work usually you can find me on a run, on a Padel court or crying at Man Utd’s run of form. Also very much enjoy a Saturday morning parkrun as much as an evening trip to the pub.

Harri (25), from Bristol and a civil servant working in Westminster. Im moving to London for the first time but have lived in house/flat shares before.

Outside of work, I’m (attempting..) to train for London Marathon and a keen Newcastle fan. Always keen for an evening trip to the pub or a run at the weekend.

We're looking for a flatmate who want a social house while also respecting the flats cleanliness and housemate’s space. We’ve kept a good mix of this during my year here and would love to keep this going.

Ideally you will have lived in flat-shares prior ( see below for landlord requirements).

As per landlord requirements you will need a reference from an ex-landlord as well as your work. No couples.
