Sadly I am moving out of our gorgeous home in Lavender Hill in September and am looking for a girl to replace me. We’ve had the house for 18 months & absolutely love it.
We live in a 4 bedroom house tucked away in a private mews, with an open plan kitchen/lounge with a conservatory attached and a garden. The room is a double bed, en-suite room. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe & bedside table. We also have a parking space included with the house.
Rent & Bills:
* Rent: £1200 pcm + bills are around £100 + cleaner once a month
* Tenancy Changeover Fee: £50
* Deposit: £1592.25
We are ideally located a 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Junction station & Clapham Common station. We are also a short walk from both Clapham Common and Battersea Park.
You would be living with 3 professional girls in their late twenties/early thirties. We lead busy lives during the week but love trying new restaurants and bars, going for brunch & runs on the weekend, holidays & cinema trips!
Keen for someone who is happy to do their own thing & has their own plans, but also clean, friendly and happy to chill with us. We are ideally looking for a working professional aged 28+ who works at least 3 days in the office.
