On-street parking available for £40 approximately per year, and shared garden at the back of the property (shared with the flat upstairs).
Monthly fee includes all bills, including TV licence and council tax.
Looking for someone responsible, who is friendly and reasonably tidy, but who doesn't mind their own company, too, as when I'm at work I have really long days so won't always have the energy for a chat when I get home!
