Single Room in homely house

Hello everyone!
We are 3 professionals with artistic spirits looking for a new housemate to join our 4 bedroom homely house in Leyton.

Rent £400/month plus bills £100/month and one month’s rent as deposit. Ideally, we are looking for someone to move in anytime in the next two weeks.

There is one single bedroom available, with under-bed storage and plenty of hanging rails on the walls for your clothing storage needs. The room might seem small but it’s super cosy with everything you need. The communal areas, and your fellow housemates, are so awesome you won’t want to be spending too much time in your room anyway!

The house has a huge garden perfect for the summer weather (BBQ’s, etc) complete with ping-pong table and darts, as well as a large bricked garage that we are in the process of converting into a soundproofed music/media studio. In addition to this, we have an amazing movie/living room next to the kitchen. It has a huge, super comfy sofa and projector where we often have meals and chill together in the evenings/weekends.

We are located on Lea Bridge Road right next to Hackney Marshes (5 mins), Lee Valley nature centre (4 mins), Aldi (3 mins) and Lea Bridge Station (3 mins). Very well connected to Stratford (Central & Jubilee lines), fast buses to Oxford Street via Shoreditch and Hackney, plus Walthamstow Station (Victoria line).

The housemates:
Fed, 34 year old, from Argentina, living here for the past 10 years. Freelancer Musician, Actor and Sound Engineer. Currently working as an IT manager. Vegan, loves to cook healthy meals, exercise and career focused.
Jack is English/Australian and works in recruitment. He loves music and collects house, hip-hop, disco, motown and reggae vinyls. When he’s not at work he can be found in the kitchen cooking all kinds of vegan and vegetarian snacks. He loves watching and competing in football, boxing, poker and cycling and always up for a chat.
Natasha is a unique blend of Swiss and Scottish background, one of the most open and warm individuals you will ever encounter. She is an amazing videographer that has been working freelance for a number of years, but recently full time as a creative director. She's a great cook and provides us with an endless supply of quality film and tv recommendations.

The ideal housemate would be clean and tidy (basically leave the common areas as you found them or better), we are all tidy and organised. Vegetarian/vegan is a huge plus as we are two veggies and one vegan.
Anyone that is friendly, open, considerate and clean would be a dream.
