On the 55/56 bus route. Walking distance from Walthamstow Central & Leyton central line as well as Leyton Midland overground.

Close to Hollow Ponds & Leyton Jubilee parks and Hackney Downs amongst others which are great to walk & run in.
Orford Rd Walthamstow Village with all of the cute pubs and restaurants, is a short walk away.
As is Francis Road with its own restaurants, cafes and yoga studios.
Gnarly Vines around the corner will keep you stocked up on gorgeous wine.

Living room, with sofa bed. Double Bedroom, recently renovated bathroom with slipper bath & shower, separate kitchen/dining area and a fairly large garden. Perfect for BBQ's & Planting.
There is on street parking -using residents permits.

Looking for minimum 6-12 month min rental. Move in date flexible & subject to reference checks etc.
