A lovely double room in Layton

A fantastic and spacious double room in East London E10 area is up to be rented. Room is fully furnished.
The house has 4 bedrooms. All other room are occupied by professionals. Smoke free. You will share a bathroom with another 2 males. The house has a second toilet on the ground floor. Shared large kitchen(fully furnished), spacious living room, separate dining area and garden. All of us are working most of the time so the house is quiet and clean, you should be as well. We lived in the house more than 3 years .
We are looking for quiet person (single occupancy, male preferred ). Keeping clean and tidy the room and the house is essential and we follow a cleaning rota. Viewings will be arranged for evenings only as I work during the day.
Rent includes all bills(internet, TV in living room, gas, electricity, council tax, water). If you have your own bed I can get rid of the one in the room now.
No parties, drugs and smoking in the house!
