One room is available for rent in a house that is usually occupied by between 0 and 3 other housemates. One is my daughter, who lives here now and again. Another tenant has lived here for over 8 years and is regularly travelling. The landlord spends about 50% of weekends away and 50% entertaining guests in the house. We inform each other when we are going to be away so that everyone knows who is meant to be in the house at any time.
We mostly keep to ourselves although we are friendly. Cleanliness is important at all times.
