Two beautiful double rooms in house with garden

TWO ROOMS TO RENT:

1. room: Long term sublet, unfurnished double, £600 plus bills (£100-£150 depending on the month of the year) 3.4x3.2 meters.

2. slightly bigger room on ground floor, £650 plus bills (£100-£150) furnished.

We are a veggie household and looking for some veggie or vegan to join our plant family:)

1. room (unfurnished) is available early July and 2. room (furnished) end of July.

Our little house family is looking for two additional members. With 4 bedrooms, a big garden and two toilets the house is a perfect place for someone who isn’t just looking for a place to sleep but rather a home to come back to after a busy London day. We are looking for someone that leaves communal rooms as good, if not better than they found them and who is in their early thirties just like us. We all have full, professional lives, yet are super social and love a good chat or a meal together in the garden.

The house is just next-to Lea Bridge making access to all of Hackney & Greater London simple (Princess of Wales would be the local).
1. room is west facing with a large window overlooking our, long fruit/veg filled garden gifting direct sunlight from midday to the horizon.
2. room is on the ground floor, nice and bright and gets all the lovely morning sun. A comfortably small kitchen, lounge (think huge sofa with projected movie nights (we have monthly house dinners/BBQs)) and a massive amount of garage storage with bike access. Our neighbour Frank (85) is an absolute hero, who gives us vegetables from his garden on a regular basis. We are walking distance from a large Aldi and a handful of cafés, shops etc. and the lovely marshes.
