We're offering a spacious and bright room in our 3-bedroom house, perfect for someone who appreciates a comfortable and welcoming home. The room is located on the 1st floor and comes with a decorative fireplace, adding a cosy and inviting touch to the space. The house is spread across two floors, with me and another tenant living upstairs, ensuring you’ll have plenty of privacy.

Bills are approximately £160 per month, covering all utilities.

We also have a small upstairs room and a large basement for storage, keeping the living areas clutter-free. We're looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going flatmate who will fit well into our friendly household. The room is available from the end of August.
