I'm leaving this super nice room permanently and I'm trying to find somenone to replace me. It's a furnished double room for 650 pounds located in E10. The price includes council tax and water. Gas, electricity and WiFi are separately - these come up to no more than 30 during summer and 60 during winter.

It's a 3 bedroom flat, kitchen, 1 bathroom, NO living room, but the room to rent has access to a terrace with table and chairs, a lovely space that you can make yout own. It's a clean and quiet space. The space is ideal for one person but not for a couple, someone who wants a space of their own to recharge batteries.

It is located 3min away from Tesco Superstore and this same street has everything else you may need - offlicense, dry cleaning, barbers, gyms, DIY stores, post office, pharmacies etc.

Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line and Overground) are 12 min away walking. Leyton Midlands Overground is 7min away. The place is near the forest and lakes and you can enjoy the Walthamstow Market.

My flatmates are a male and female late 20s early 30s both working in hospitality and events. They are lovely happy people, very clean, very tidy looking for someone who would take care of the shared spaces like them.
